Freshly picked hops from our local hop yard, Great Southern Hops, were flash frozen with liquid nitrogen and shattered like shards of glass for this brew. This technique exposes the intense, flavourful aromas of the hops, giving us a concentrated hoppy flavour. A creamy, pillowy body balances the fruity, floral, and sticky aromas that give way to a smooth finish.
