Reid hails from Oregon in the USA, and moved to Australia in 2014. He has brewed for numerous breweries in the US and Australia, and took over as Brewing Manager at Boston in 2023. He spends his free time cooking, gardening, and playing music. His favourite brew is Great Southern IPA

Elysia works closely with Alice from vine and orchard growth through to final production, ensuing exceptional quality at every stage. With a remarkable palate and dedication to excellence, she has earned Willoughby widespread acclaim and numerous awards. Her latest venture, Mabel fox cider, is already making its mark, having won three awards at the national cider awards in its first year.Â

Alice brings a wealth of knowledge and a long-standing connection to Willoughby Park. Her focus is on vine health and sustainability, implementing organic practices such as using sheep instead of herbicides, and safeguarding our precious water resources to ensure consistently high-quality fruit from generations to come.Â
