Mulberry pie, strawberries and dark plum fill the nose, with a gentle hint of chocolate. The palate is plush and juicy, carried by soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.

The Shiraz fruit was destemmed into fermenters, where it commenced a steady, active fermentation. Throughout fermentation, the must was pumped over twice daily to build colour, tannin structure and aromatic intensity.
At the completion of ferment, the wine was pressed off and transferred for maturation, allowing the varietal fruit profile and natural texture to develop. After twelve months’ maturation, the wine was fined and bottled to preserve purity and balance.
