This is a bright, fresh Sauvignon Blanc that’s all about lively fruit and easy drinking.
As soon as you pour a glass, you’ll notice inviting aromas of passionfruit and fresh citrus. It smells vibrant and clean, like freshly cut grapefruit with a hint of blossom.
On the palate, it’s juicy and refreshing. Flavours of ripe grapefruit, zesty lime and tropical fruit come through clearly, with a crisp acidity that keeps everything lively and balanced. It’s generous without being heavy and finishes clean and mouth-watering.
At 12.5% alcohol, it’s nicely balanced and very easy to enjoy. The winemaking focused on keeping the wine fresh and bright - the grapes were picked in the cool morning air, gently pressed, and the juice fermented slowly in stainless steel to protect those vibrant fruit flavours. A short time resting on lees adds a little extra texture without taking away from the wine’s natural freshness.
This is a great match for fresh seafood, goat’s cheese or light salads. It’s just as good on its own, served cold on a warm afternoon with friends.
A classic, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc that’s full of flavour and easy to love.
